Ingredients

1 lb Scallops
6 Garlic Cloves, crushed
1 Sec Pam Spray
Directions
1. Defrost Scallops if not fresh
2. Rinse Scallops and pat dry
3. Mix crushed Garlic with Scallops and let sit for 10 minutes.
4. Spray Griddle with Pam and then heat on high.
5. When Griddle is hot, add Scallops and cook until golden.
6. Flip Scallops & cook other side.
Watch carefully because you do not want to overcook the Scallops.
The Scallops should just be opaque when properly cooked.
