Pork Loin w/Gravy

Ingredients

    6 oz pork loin
    2 mushrooms
    beef bouillon cube
    1/4 c chopped onion
    1 Tbs. dijon mustard
    1 tsp. brown sugar
    1 cup water
    1Tb. Flour
    seasonings to taste

Directions

Cut loin into pieces and saute briefly with non-stick spray. Add mushrooms and onions. Saute until soft. Add bouillon, water, and seasonings. Cook 15-20 minutes. Thicken gravy with flour.
