Barbeque Stuffed Peppers

Introduction

Stuffed peppers with Lloyds Pulled pork Stuffed peppers with Lloyds Pulled pork
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 green bell peppers - cored and seeded
    3 cans of no salt added tomato sauce 4oz each
    2 cans of no salt added kindney beans 15 oz each pureed
    1 package of Lloyds pulled pork
    water.

Directions

Core and seed the peppers. Place Peppers in the crock pot .
Place the tomato sauce around the peppers. In a seperate bowl mix the pulled pork and pureed beans. Cook the peppers for 2 -4 hours until tender. Check the Crockpot and add water if need be. Meanwhile cook on low the pulled pork and beans. When the peppers are tender add the pulled pork mixture to the peppers.

makes 5 one cup servings
