White Bean Hummus

Introduction

Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    1 can of S&W white beans (2.5 cups)
    2 tsp Tahini
    1 tsp Olive Oil
    1 clove garlic
    Juice of one lime
    1/4 cup water (or as needed to blend)
    1/2 tsp ground cumin
    1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
    salt and pepper to taste


Directions

Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Use as dip for pita bread or vegetables, or as a sandwich spread. Serves 6
