Ingredients

Veal, 500 gr, cutted as for "fondue"
Onions, 3 medium, chopped
Mushrooms, 400 gr, canned
Toma juice, 1,5 liter
Flour, 1 spoon
Olive oil (3 spoons)
Salt & Pepper
Cream (if desired)
Directions
Put oil in a pressure cooker, add onions and fry lightly. Then add veal and fry lightly too. Add 1 spoon of flour, remove vigorously, add mushrooms (if canned, without liquid), tomato juice, salt & pepper.
Cook for 15 minutes. If tomato juice becomes too sour for you, just add a little of cream.
