Ingredients

    1 Flounder Filet
    Dole Pineapple Chunks -in Pineapple juice - 1/4 cup - reserve 1/4 cup juice.
    Orange low sugar yogurt - 1/4 cup
    Splenda Brown sugar Blend - 1 teaspoon or more to taste
    Honey - 1/2 teaspoon
    Cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon

Directions

Preheat oven to 350
Spray a 8 x 10 x 2 Baking dish
Heat the Juice. Splenda, Brown sugar and cinnamon. Until the sugars are melted, add yogurt till smooth
Place fillet in the center of the dish. Place the pineapple around the fillet. Spread the mixture on and around the flounder fillet. Bake 3-4 minutes on each side, or until flakes
Makes - One serving
