Cabbage Kielbasa or Polish Sausage Skillet

Introduction

Ingredients

    large red onion,
    1 red sweet pepper, julienned
    1 green sweet pepper, julienned
    2 tbsp butter
    1 lb Turkey Keilbasa in 1/2 to 1 inch slices
    1 lb cabbage julienned (or 1 package coleslaw mix)
    1/2 cup chicken broth, low fat
    1 tsp minced garlic
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    3 tbls cider vinegar

Directions

Prepare the vegetables and cut up the sausage.
Saute vegetables in butter until tender
add remaining ingredients, stirring for 6-8 minutes until heated through.
