Broccoli Cheese Soup

Ingredients

    3 Cups Beef Broth
    2 Cans Campbells Cheddar Soup
    2 Cups of milk
    1/2 cup apple juice
    2 tsp worcestershire sauce
    3 cloves of garlic minced
    6 cups chopped broccoli flowerets
    2 cups grated cheddar cheese
    1 tsp dill
    1 tsp parsley
    1/2 tsp crushed red pepper

Directions

Add first 8 ingredients to pot, bring to boil, simmer 20 minutes, or until broccoli is tender, then add the rest of the ingredients, stirring until blended. Makes 8 servings.
