1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks
1 package corn bread mix (prepared as directed)
PREPARE muffin mix as directed on package. Pour evenly over ingredients in dish. Bake 25 to 30 min. or until golden brown.
RUN sharp knife around edge of dish to loosen casserole; invert onto serving platter.
