    cardommom powder- 1 tsp
    peepr powder- 1/4 tsp
    clove-2

    Sunflower Oil, 1 1tsp
    Cabbage, fresh, 50
    Garlic, 1 clove
    Onions, raw, 1 small
    Peas, frozen, 0.5 cup
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 tomato
    Baby Carrots, raw, 100 gms
    Water, tap, 4 cup (8 fl oz)
    Beans, red kidney, 1 cup

fri onions and garlic in 1 tsp of oil.. cut all th eveggies and boil beans .. put everything into the pot with 5 cups of water bring to a simmer .. add salt cardommom powder,pepper powder and cloves..
