Introduction

This is a great way to use leftover roast and potatoes. This is a great way to use leftover roast and potatoes.
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Potato, raw, 1 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.)
    Beef Rump Roast, 16 oz
    Barley, pearled, raw, 1 cup

Directions

Take leftover roast, potatoes and carrots along with broth that was left. Add water and barley to broth. Cut up roast and potatoes in bite size peices. Cook until barley is done. Makes about 24 one cup servings.
