    3 bananas, ripe and the blacker the better, mashed
    1/2 cup butter
    3/4 cup Organic Natural Cane Sugar
    1 cup all purpose flour
    1/2 cup whole wheat flour
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp vanilla
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/8 tsp each nutmeg, ground cloves
    1 tsp cinammon
    1 Omega 3 egg


Bake in a loaf pan at 350 degrees for one hour at least.
Bake in cupcake tins 20-25 minutes. Fill 3/4 full.
