    4 1/2 cups all purpose flour
    1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
    1/2 cup sugar
    4 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp salt
    2 cups 2% milk
    3/4 cup canola oil
    1 1/2 tsp vanilla
    3 eggs
    3 medium bananas
    1 cup chopped walnuts

Directions

Mix all items and bake at 375* F for 20-25 minutes
