Introduction

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Chicken Breast, no skin, 16 ounces, sliced into strips
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    Garlic, 2 clove
    Soy Sauce, 3 tbsp
    Hot mustard, 3 tsp
    Sucralose (like Splenda), 3 tsp
    Sesame Oil, 3 tsp
    Tabasco Sauce, 3 tbsp
    Peanut Butter, smooth style, 6 tbsp
    Ginger, ground, 2 tsp
    *Eat Smart Vegetable for Stir Fry, 24 oz (2 bags)

Directions

In a non-stick skillet saute' onion and garlic with a small amount of water until onion is translucent and set aside.
Brown chicken on both sides and then return onions and garlic to pan and throw in stir fry veggies.
Mix the rest of the ingredients to make a sauce, thin with more water if needed.
Add to pan with chicken, onions, veggies and garlic and heat through.
