Ingredients

    0.82 lb stew beef
    1 small onion finely chopped
    1/8 cup roasted red pepper
    3 cloves garlic
    2 t McKormick Seasoned Salt
    2 t Emeril Southwest seasoning
    1 can Campbell's Cream of Mushroom soup
    2 cup water

Directions

Sear beef in pressure cooker until dark brown, add onion, garlic and peppers and cook 2 min. Add seasonings and mix well. Add remaining ingredients and bring to boil. Pressure about 15 - 20 minutes. Serve over brown rice.
