Ingredients

    1 3/4 cup long grain brown rice
    1 1/2 cup beef stock
    2 cup water
    1 1/2 T Smart Balance 50/50 stick butter blend

Directions

Place all ingredients to boiler except rice. Bring to boil and then add rice. Bring to boil and turn down to simmer, cover and simmer until liquid absorbed.
