Fortified Amish Friendship Bread

Submitted by: 4BOYZ4ME

Introduction

Using the basic Amish Friendship Bread Starter, I use whole wheat flour and then add flax and protein powder to bulk it up and bake into 18 muffins. My kids LOVE this! We will sometimes add raisins or chocolate chips as a treat.
