About 5 medium sized red potatoes
2 tbspns olive oil
1 tbspn thyme, or more to taste
salt and pepper to taste
oil a baking sheet
chop the potatoes into 1/2 inch pieces
toss them with the oil, thyme, salt and pepper
spread on the sheet and set a timer! 45-60 minutes...they should be golden brown when done.
