Chicken Taco Stew (Crock Pot)

Introduction

This isn't my recipe. I found it on sparkrecipes.com but revised it to reflect the serving size (1 cup) I use so my meal planner will be correct. This isn't my recipe. I found it on sparkrecipes.com but revised it to reflect the serving size (1 cup) I use so my meal planner will be correct.

Ingredients

    1 red onion, chopped
    1 16-oz can black beans
    1 16-oz can kidney beans
    1 16-oz can corn (drained)
    1 8-oz can tomato sauce
    2 14.5-oz cans diced tomatoes
    1 1.25-oz packet taco seasoning
    1-2 boneless skinless chicken breasts

Directions

Put chicken in bottom of crock pot, and pour the mixture of everything else over it. Cook on low for 9-10 hours in the crock pot. Shred chicken and mix it back in to serve.
