Chicken Thighs Grilled with Chili Powder Mix (4oz Servings)

Ingredients

1 lb Chicken Thighs, Skinless and Boneless
1 Tbsp Chili Powder
1 tsp Cumin, ground
1 tsp Coriander, ground
1 tsp Red pepper flakes
1 Sec Pam Cooking Spray, Original
Directions
1. Mix together the Chili Powder, Ground Cumin, Ground Coriander, and Red Pepper Flakes.
2. Clean and rinse Chicken Thighs.
3 Then apply the Chili Powder mix to Chicken Thighs and let marinate for at least 10 minutes.
4. Spray Pam onto a griddle and then heat to very hot.
5. Place Chicken Thighs on griddle and cook until it is brown and then flip to brown other side. You may have to lower temp just a little, depending on how thick the Chicken Thighs are.
I cook a large batch to use for other meals.
