Ingredients

    1 cup carrots
    1 cup fresh chopped mushrooms
    3 tsp margarine
    3 tsp brown sugar
    2 tsp chicken bouillon
    1 clove garlic, or more if you like garlic!!

Directions

Peel and chop carrots. Boil until cooked. Strain. Chop mushrooms into big chuncks. In frying pan add margarine, brown sugar, garlic and chicken bouillon. Add carrots and mushrooms and fry until mushrooms are cooked through.
