Ingredients

    Butter, unsalted, 1 tbsp
    Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped
    Carrots, raw, 3 medium
    Celery, raw, 3 stalk, large (11"-12" long)
    Garlic, 3 clove
    Vegetable Broth, 4 cup

Directions

Cook veggies in butter until soft. Add broth. Cook until heated through.
