Vegetable Stir Fry with Tofu

Introduction

Ingredients

    ! onion
    1/2 lb tofu, cubed
    4 large button mushrooms, chopped
    1 tbsp dark sesame oil
    1 large carrot
    1 cup broccoli florets
    1 tbsp tamari

Directions

In a large wok or frying pan, sautee the onions, tofu, mushrooms in oil until onions are transluscent or tofu is browning. Add the carror, broccoli, and tamari. cover with lid and reduce heat. Simmer for 4-6 minutes ot until vegetables are tender. Serve over rice or pasta of your choice.
Makes 2 large or 4 small servings.
