Crockpot Stew

Ingredients

    2 lbs. Stew Beef cut into 1 inch cubes
    5 Carrots cut into 1 inch pieces
    3 Stalks Celery cut into 1 inch pieces
    6-8 Red Potatoes cut into 1 inch pieces
    2 cans Stewed Tomatoes
    1/2 cup Tapioca
    1 whole Clove
    2 Bay Leaves
    Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

Trim fat from meat. Put everything into crockpot and mix together. Cover and cook on low 12 hrs and high 5-6 hrs.
