Introduction

Number of Servings: 18

Ingredients

    1 can diced japeno chiles
    3 cups of low fat cheese
    1 carton low fat cottage cheese
    1 pkg fat free cream cheese
    1 carton egg substitute
    1.5 tsp baking powder

Directions

Mix all ingredients together and place in oblong dish
cook at 400 degrees for first 15 min then lower oven to 350 degrees, cook until done. Knife test : done when it comes out clean.
Makes approximately 18 servings. Cut into smaller pieces will lower calories, for those watching calories. Very good protein snack.
