Ingredients


    * Water, tap, 16 cup (8 fl oz
    * Canola oil, 2 tbsp
    * FROZEN MIXED VEGGIES-CORN, GREEN BEANS, PEAS, CARROTS, 3 oz )
    * Okra, 2.5 cup slices
    * Tomato Paste, 1 can (6 oz)
    * Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 large whole (3" dia) QUARTERED

Directions

Add the water into a dutch oven pot,. Next add the mixed vegetables in the pot along with orka to the pot place garlic powder in the pot and finally the canola oil and remaining ingredients.. Simmer for about 30 to an hour

you could serve this with a salad and a roll for a meal.
