Ingredients

1 cup long grain brown rice (uncooked)
1 can low sodium chicken broth
1/2 can (3 oz.) tomato paste
2 tablespoons butter
1 largish clove of garlic, minced
1 4 oz. can diced green peppers
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
1/4 tsp cumin
Directions
Mix all ingredients in rice cooker and cook according to rice cooker instructions.
I divide it into 8 portions, but I forget how large they are. I'll measure next time I make it.
