Tropical Mahi Mahi

Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    2 - 3onz fillets of Mahi mahi
    1 cup coconut cream yogurt - I use Krogers light yogurt
    1/2 cup crushed Pineapple - Fruit juice sweeten
    Banana - mashed

Directions

Reserve half the marinade for later. Brush the rest of the marinate onto the fish . Place in a plastic bag and refridgerate for 30 minutes

Bake fish for about 5 or more minutes on each side. Add the
banana and reserved marinade and pour over fish.
Makes 2 3oz - fillet servings
