Chicken & Stove Top One Pot

Introduction

Diced chicken and stove top stuffing with vegetbles and cream of chicken soup Diced chicken and stove top stuffing with vegetbles and cream of chicken soup
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 can corn
    1 can green beans
    1 can cream of chicken soup (condensed)
    1/2 can of warm water.
    1 box Stove Top Chicken stuffing mix
    2 boneless skinless chicken breasts

Directions

Cut chicken in to cubes. Spray large skillet with non-stick cooking spray and cook cut up chicken until lightly browned. Add vegetables (half drained). Mix warm water and soup until well blended. Add to skillet. Heat mixing occasionally until starts to boil. Add stuffing mix and stir together. Cook until dish thickens and stuffing is no longer dry. (about 5 minutes) Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm.
