Introduction

Something I make as a sweet finish to a meal. Something I make as a sweet finish to a meal.

Ingredients

    60 gm pearl tapioca
    60 gm brown sugar
    270 ml whole milk
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
    pinch ground nutmeg

Directions

Makes 4 serves.

Place tapioca, sugar and milk in a crock pot (slow cooker). Allow to heat on automatic for two to three hours. Just before serving, stir in vanilla essence and nutmeg.
