This can be eaten uncooked as a chocolate pudding if you are not afraid of eating raw eggs. Cooking in the microwave for one minute results in a molten chocolate cake ie. part cake, part chocolate sauce. Ingredients

    * Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 2 tbsp (remove)
    * Butter, unsalted, 1 tbsp (remove)
    * Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp (remove)
    * Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, 3 tsp (remove)
    * Coconut Milk, 0.5 tbsp (remove)
    * Heavy Whipping Cream, 0.5 tbsp (remove)
    * 1 Egg

    One tbsp of either heavy whipping cream can be used instead of half coconut milk and vice versa.

    Splenda amount can be adjusted to individual taste.

Directions

Melt the butter and then whip all the ingredients together. Eat as is for chocolate pudding or cook in the microwave for one minute for molten chocolate cake.
