Introduction

An easy slow cooker recipe that the family will enjoy! My family really liked this recpie and I found a way he now will eat brown rice. An easy slow cooker recipe that the family will enjoy! My family really liked this recpie and I found a way he now will eat brown rice.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    3 cups black beans
    2 cups mild salsa
    1/2 cup brown rice (uncooked)
    1 lb chicken breast fillets cut up in cubes
    1/2 cup non-fat sour cream
    8 flour tortillas

Directions

Place frozen chicken breasts that has been cut in cubes in a slow cooker.

Pour beans, rice and salsa over chicken. Add the chopped cilantro and stir.

Cook low 5-6 hours until moisture is absorbed from the brown rice. Stiring once in awhile. Spoon mixture into a warmed tortilla top with sour cream and roll up and enjoy.
