Pasta Primavera Alfredo

Introduction

This is a great easy alfredo dish. This is a great easy alfredo dish.
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    14oz Whole grain linguine
    3 cups small broccoli florets
    3 carrots cut into think slices
    4 oz fat free cream cheese
    1 cup milk (skim)
    1/3 cup shredded parmesan cheese
    1/4 cup butter
    2 garlic cloves ( i like garlic add to your taste)

Directions

Cook Spaghetti in large saucepan as directed on package, adding vegetable to the boiling water the last 3 minutes.

MEanwhile, cook remaining ingredients in saucepan on medium-low until cream cheese is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring occasionally.

Drain spaghetti mixture, return to pan. Add sauce, toss to coat.

Makes 10 1-cup servings
