Crockpot Oatmeal

Introduction

Number of Servings: 14

Ingredients

    9 cups milk
    2 cups steel cut oats (Has to be steel cut!)
    1 cup brown sugar
    2 cups raisins
    2 Bananas, small pieces
    2 Apples, small pieces
    2 tbsp cinnamon (Vietnamese one has a nice flavor)
    2 tbsp butter
    1 handful of almonds
    1 handful of walnuts

Directions

Place all ingredients in a large crockpot. Cook on low for 8 hrs.

Makes 14 1-cup servings (approx)
