Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 lettuce, halved
    250g/9oz broccoli stalks
    2 apples, stalks removed and quartered
    juice of one lemon

Directions

Makes Two glasses

Form lettuce into a bundle, and juice with the broccoli stalks and apples.
Add Lemon juice and serve
