Introduction

Who would have thought a nearly fat free, completely cholesterol free, 45-Calorie cookie could be so good? Who would have thought a nearly fat free, completely cholesterol free, 45-Calorie cookie could be so good?
Number of Servings: 60

Ingredients

    1.5 cup Gold Medal Whole Wheat Flour
    1 cup unsweetened apple sauce
    12 packets Truvia
    4 egg whites
    .5 cup Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
    3 cups Quaker Old-Fashioned Oats
    .25 cup Bob's Red Mill Whole Ground Flax Seed Meal
    1 cup Craisins
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1 tsp baking soda
    2 tsp ground cinnamon
    2 tsp ground nutmeg

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Whisk together egg whites, apple sauce, vanilla, brown sugar blend, and Truva in a bowl until smooth.

Add remaining ingredients EXCEPT Craisins and oats until completely combined.

Stir in Craisins and oats.

Spray baking sheet lightly with non-stick spray. Drop by tablespoon on baking sheet and flatten a little bit with the back of your spoon. Bake for 7 minutes or until golden around edges. Be sure not to overcook them!

Yields about 60 cookies.
