Pumpkin Pancakes

Ingredients

    2 1/3 c Heart Healthy Bisquick® mix
    1/2 c canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix)
    1 1/4 c skim milk
    2T packed brown sugar
    1 1/2t pumpkin pie spice
    2 eggs

Directions

1. Heat griddle or skillet over medium heat. Grease griddle with cooking spray. In medium bowl, stir all pancake ingredients until well blended. For each pancake, pour slightly less than 1/4 cup batter onto hot griddle.
2. Cook until edges are dry. Turn; cook other sides until golden brown. Serve with syrup.
