Ingredients

Batter:
3 Tbsp. Butter
1/4 c. Sugar
1/4 c. unsweetened applesauce
3/4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 fat free milk
Topping:
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp. butter
Directions
Mix Batter ingredients together and bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Mix Sugar & Cinnamon together.
Melt butter for topping and roll each muffin in butter then the cinnamon/sugar mixture.
