Sour Cream Chicken

Introduction

Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    2 small whole chickens
    11 large potatoes
    1 large onion
    6 cups sour cream

    I did not use light or fat free, but it can be used. Just recalculate the recipe.

Directions

Cut whole chickens into pieces. Put in skillet and cook on low heat. Once the chicken is cooked, remove from skillet to cool. Peel and cube potatoes and dice onion. Add to pot and add water to boil until potatoes are done, but not too soft (about 20 minutes total). While potatoes on on, remove the chicken meat from the bone. Once potatoes and onions are done and drained, put them back in the pot. Add the chicken meat pieces and sour cream. Sirt gently so potatoes do not mush. Add salt and pepper to taste. You can heat on low as long as you carefully stir so it doesn't stick.

Serve....
