Ingredients

4 Cups of potatoes, sliced
1 can cream of celery soup, low fat
1/2 cup skim milk
1 cup chopped onions
1 cup shredded low fat cheese
pepper to taste
Directions
Layer your potatoes in a 9x12 baking pan that has been sprayed with Pam. Add the chopped onions. Mix together the soup and milk and mix in with the potato/onion mixture. Sprinkle cheese over the top. Bake covered for 40 minutes and uncover for the last 5.
