Ingredients

    Land O Lakes, Light Butter, Salted, 1 Tbsp, 2 serving
    *Flour, white, .13 cup
    Milk, canned, evaporated, nonfat, 1.5 cup
    Great Value Chicken Broth, 1.5 serving
    Fat free half and half, 2 cup
    Red Potato, 590 grams
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 1 cup kernels
    *Louis Kemp, Crab Delights-imitation crab, 1.25 cup
    Broccoli, frozen, 1 package (10 oz)

Directions

**chop and boil potato until tender (Separate pot)
**make a roux w/ butter and flour
**whisk in evaporated milk
**add broth
**Add frozen corn and frozen broccoli
**Add cooked potato, crab meat, and half and half
**Season to taste
**Let simmer 60 min..do not boil.
