3 Onions chopped
2 28 oz cans of hole peeled tomatoes
1 Large head of cabbaged chopped
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
1 15oz can of cut green beans
2 quarts of tomato Juice
2 green bell peppers diced
10 stalks celery chopped
1 14 oz can of beef broth
Maybe stored in oven for several days.
You can also freeze left over for another day, Makes 30 1 cup servings
