Ingredients

    2 pounds beef chuck stew meat
    5 carrots
    4 stalks of celery
    1 large onion
    1/4 cup cornstarch
    1 tbsp ground clove
    2 tbsp crumbled bay leaf
    4 medium potatoes
    1 cup red wine
    2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    4 tsp soy sauce

Directions

Chop beef, celery, potatoes, carrots, and onions into one-inch pieces.

Place ingredients in crockpot and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
