* Sesame Oil, 1 tbsp
* Onions, raw, 0.5 cup, chopped
* Scallions, raw, 2 large
* Sesame Seeds, 0.26 tbsp
* Sushi grade tuna, 8 oz
* Soy Sauce, 0.5 cup
* Brown Sugar, 0.5 tsp unpacked (pinch)
* Sambal Olek, 1 tbsp
Sambal olek can be found at most Asian grocers and specialty shops. Look for the brand with the rooster.
Chop onions, and scallions.
Combine all ingredients except the sesame seeds and let marinade for 1 hour.
Serve garnished with sesame seeds.
Serves 2 approximately 1 cup servings.
