    2 cups all bran cereal
    1 1/4 C skim milk
    1/3 C Brown Sugar
    1/2 C raisins
    1/2 C shredded carrots
    2 egg whites
    1 tsp vanilla
    1/2 c no sugar added applesauce
    1 C flour
    2 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 tsp salt

Directions

Bake at 400 degrees for 15 - 17 minutes. Makes 12 muffins.
