Po's Lighter Lasagna

Ingredients

    6 oz Ronzoni Healthy Harves Whole Wheat Lasagna
    1 cup FF Cottage Cheese
    3 cup Hunt's No Added Sugar Italian Style Sauce
    1 Bistro Sensations Smoked Mozzarella w/Artichoke and Garlic Sausage
    1 serving Hormel Pillow Pak Sliced Turkey Pepperoni,
    1/2 cup Morningstar Farms "Burger" Crumbles,
    1 1/2 cup Kraft Mozzarella, Fat Free cheese

Directions

Spray baking dish with non stick cooking spray. Pour 1 cup of sauce in bottom of pan. Place 3 lasagna noodles on sauce and add 1 more cup of sauce. Mix cottage cheese and crumbles together. Take half of mixture and put over sauce Add 1/2 cup of cheese. repeat layers of sauce and lasagna and add rest of cottage cheese mixture and another 1/2 cup of cheese. Add final sauce and noodles and top with remaining cheese. Bake in 350 oven for 45 minutes covered with foil. Remove foil and bake for 10 more minutes until bubbly. Serves 8
