Introduction

I use this as a quick meal. I use this as a quick meal.

Ingredients

    1 Cup white rice
    7 baby carrots diced
    1 celery stalk diced
    1 egg
    1.5 ozs of diced ham
    1 tsp soy sauce
    1 tsp country crock butter

Directions

heat butter is sauce pan. add celery and carrots. cook until tender. scramble egg and add to pan. when egg is cooked add ham and rice. cook until rice is heated and add soy sauce.
