2 cans (15 oz.) Jack Mackerel
1 cup Egg-substitute
20 quarter pieces of Wheat Saltine Crackers (crushed)
8 tsp. of Soluble Fiber supplement
non-stick cooking spray
Heat non-stick fry pan on medium heat; then spray with non-stick cooking spray. As you place the patties into the fry pan, sprinkle with Creole Seasoning to taste (like you would salt and pepper). Cook on medium heat until golden brown, then flip and cook until golden brown on other side.
