Brown Rice Success - 4 cup
Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean - 1 pound
3 Pepper & Onion Blend, Kroger (frozen) - 1 bag
Green Peppers (bell peppers) - 2 small peppers
Hunt's Tomato Sauce, no salt added - 2 small cans
Canned corn (no salt added) - 1 can drained
Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese - 1 cup
Add corn and one can of tomato sauce once there is no pink in the turkey. (Can drain if too watery)
Cook rice and place in a 9x11 dish.
Place a half can of tomato sauce on top of the rice and spread out.
Top the rice with the turkey/pepper mixture.
Place in oven for 30 minutes.
Top with remainder of sauce and then the cheese.
Heat for 5 minutes.
6 servings about 2 cups
