All the Fat Chicken Salad

Introduction

I won't sacrifice taste for caloric intake, at least at this point in my life; this is the chicken salad we love in our family with no nuts and no fruit! I won't sacrifice taste for caloric intake, at least at this point in my life; this is the chicken salad we love in our family with no nuts and no fruit!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1-12.5 oz. can of Hormel 97% Fat Free Premium Chicken Breast
    3/4 C Kraft Real Mayo
    1/2 C Sour Cream
    1 T Yellow Mustard
    1-1/2 Stalks Celery, chopped
    2 T Onion, chopped
    1 t salt (optional)
    Dash Black Pepper
    2 t Curry Powder (or to taste)

Directions

Drain chicken and break apart with a fork; set aside. Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard and seasonings. Stir in onions and celery; stir in chicken. Chill for a bit so the tastes meld together. Eat as is or spread on your favorite bread, pita, bagel or tortilla. Sometimes I eat with crackers.

Makes about 6 servings, unless you have huge sandwiches!
